Return and Exchange Policy
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size or color? No problem!
At Friga, we want you to love your purchase — and if something didn’t work out, we’ll help make it right. If your item is unworn, unwashed and has all original tags attached, you have a few great options:
✅ Free exchanges within 30 days
✅ Refunds (if eligible, see details below)
✅ Store credit for returns
Here’s what to keep in mind:
🕒 30-Day Return Window
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After that, we’re unable to process returns.
🚫 Final Sale Items
All clearance items, promotional sales are final sale — no refunds or exchanges allowed.
🏷️ Tags Must Be Attached
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is in original condition and tags are still attached (not removed or cut).
🔁 One Exchange Per Order
We’re happy to process one exchange per order. Once you’ve exchanged an item, it becomes final sale and can’t be returned for refund.
📦 Packaging Matters
Please return your item in the original polybag or packaging it arrived in.
⏳ Processing Time
Refunds are processed between 3-5 days after we receive your returned item. You’ll get an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
📬 Double-Check Your Address
We cannot refund or resend packages shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout. Please double-check before placing your order.
🔒 Package Safety
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
